All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Any exceptions to this will be communicated promptly.
We offer various shipping methods through Australia Post, including standard domestic and express postage. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the selected method and destination.
We charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders Australia-wide.
Free shipping is offered for orders over $200.
For more urgent orders, the Express Post service at $15 is our fastest postal delivery option.
We currently ship Australia wide. If your location is not included, or for international shipping, please contact us via our contact page or email us at email@example.com for assistance.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from us. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions, or unforeseen events may cause delays. Internal factors within our selected shipping courier may impact shipping times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country. We recommend checking with local customs authorities for more information.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer. Our checkout is set up that it doesn’t allow you to proceed without all shipping details, however, please ensure you check your details prior to confirming your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and or contact us for assistance.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees. Refunds for the product cost may be issued, excluding shipping fees.
From time to time, we may offer shipping promotions. Terms and conditions for these promotions will be clearly communicated during the promotional period.
ReTURNS, REfunds + Exchanges
At Mother Me, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we've outlined our returns and refunds policy to make the process as seamless as possible.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase for either refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Excluded items include food, tea, breast care and personal care/sanitary items.

Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page or at email@example.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return, and our team will guide you through the process.
Gift products can be returned for a store credit, 30 days from the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required and the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and will be refunded to your original method of payment. automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer's statement.
We cannot facilitate an exchange for different items. Instead, you will be issued a store credit, allowing you to make a new purchase.
Store credit expires 24 months from the issue date.
