We are a postpartum meal delivery service that works with local suppliers and Ayurvedic practitioners to formulate our menus and products. If you have any questions, please reach out via our CONTACT page and we will respond to your query within 48 hours.
You must book in via our website to secure your spot, or if you have selected 'I'll let you know when my baby arrives' please email us as soon as your baby has been born so we can book you into the next available slot.
Orders close off at midnight on the Sunday prior to delivery unless sold out previously.
If you have a gift card, please book as per normal and enter the voucher code at checkout.
You must be within our specified delivery area to receive delivery. All packages are delivered in a cooler bag. You will be given a 6 hour window and a text message will be sent an hour before the arrival of your package. It is your responsibility to refrigerate within 3 hours of it arriving at your door.
We do not take any responsibility for unforeseen delays, including but not limited to: staff sickness, traffic or extreme weather conditions. If your delivery is delayed we will endeavour to let you know the revised delivery time as soon as possible.
If you are not home our delivery driver will leave the package in a safe place. Mother Me does not take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages. All packages require authority to leave.
